Power Point Presentations

As Microsoft Power Point software appears to be user friendly, it is widely used in many fields including education (among others to teaching foreign languages). PP presentations make the lecture or lesson multimedia engaging  the listeners of all learning styles, help transfer information and illustrate issues discussed.

Additionally, Power Point can be used as a tool to motivate the learner to independent work in preparing a presentation on a given topic. The learner does the research looking for materials and with the teacher select and discuss the choice of elements to be shown on the presentation. Such a task makes the learner more autonomous and critical towards information he/she can find in the Internet and other sources (Gajek, 2002).

Be patient downloading the presentations. Some of them are quite heavy.
